No, he's not. Nobody claims he is except for mystics who neither think logically nor study scriptures.
Also, the modern conception of hell is a pagan idea that got mixed into Christianity. Jesus, the apostles and prophets never taught such a silly idea.

Ah, but if God is present in Hell, then it can't be Hell because God's presence would sanctify the place and we all know that Hell is the place of the unsanctified.
But if God is omnipresent then he must be present in Hell. Therefore it can't be Hell.
Unless my old boss is there. Then it's definitely Hell no matter Who else may be there!

If He's really omnipresent, then it follows He's present in Hell, too. It's logical that if He's not present in Hell, then He is not omnipresent, but I never heard He's not present in Hell. In fact, I never heard one way or the other.

Nope, but only because hell is specifically the exception to the rule. That is to say, Hell is that place where god isn't. God is omnipresent except for hell. Of course, if you don't have that except for hell part, hell doesn't exist. HUZZAH!

Just a reminder: The devil was once an angel and when he didn't obey God by his orders then he was put in hell for his punishment so remember just because he is not present in hell don't mean he didn't make it because God is every where even if you think he is not present there

God is omnipresent. Those in hell will be able to see Him and He will be able to see them, but those that refused to put their trust in Him and His son will spend an eternity in Hell with Satan.

Who's claiming that God is omnipresent?
Omnibenevolent, omniscient, omnipotent, yes. Who are these people telling you that God is omnipresent and what are they doing with my book?

Very good question. If there was hell surely God could have been there.
