I don't waste time. Wasting time is actually a pet peeve of mine.
I spend 3 hours at church on Sunday. 2 Hours at Youth group on Wednesday. Plus about an hour to two hours a day on meaningful personal scripture study. Monday nights about an hour with my family for our own scripture study together. And then EVERYDAY we read for about 30 minutes together as a family out of the scriptures. Time well spent, if you ask me.

Even if it turns out that Christianity is completely wrong, the time spent on church/god related activities still has a lot of positive value.
From a psychological standpoint, it can reduce stress, promote a positive attitude, improve self-esteem and self-control, etc. The list of positives is endless.
From a social standpoint, church heavily stresses fellowship...in other words, creating relationships with fellow church goers is a top priority. We are creating meaningful relationships, which are often deeper than relationships outside of church.
Even if there is no God, the time is well spent.

it is not wasted time if it is something you believe in.
BTW... I think you are the one wasting people's time with your stupid questions. I read some of the other ones. You are just trying to start trouble. I mean come on.... what other kinds of drugs should I give my kid? Nice (insert rolling eyes here)

How much time do you put into thinking up these stupid questions? Seriously, if you are so curious about us Christians, go to church; you WILL learn something there...at least that my hope for you. Geez...
