Clinical depression leads to other illnesses.
This can be diagnosed only by a psychiatrist.
It can lead to all kinds of ailments and even disease.
If you get a written statement from a psychiatrist that you suffer from clinical depression, you'll get it.
I'm sorry to hear about this. The doctor can help you.
I had that problem too for awhile but I got excellent treatment for it.
Please take care of yourself.

likely not on its own and to get ssi takes about ten years of fighting and enough doctors paperwork to weigh what you do, but keep trying.

Yes, if it is severe enough and has led to other secondary disabilities or traumas. Check with your local office and put it an application. If they need additional testing, they will send you.

It depends on whether your depression is severe enough to keep you from working and/or impeding your progress in daily life.
