I sometimes get depressed at night too. Basically because in the morning I have things to do that distract me from my real problems and at night-well, my thoughts come together and I think about my problems. Advice, try getting into yoga, relaxing, spend more time with people you love doing things that you love.Maybe see a psychiatrist, you can give you tips on how to be more optimistic.

More than likely it's because you are going to sleep by yourself, alone. It gives you too much time to think about all the bad things happening in your life; and it gives you too much time to worry about things that might happen. There's only two suggestions I can give to you to help: 1) find someone to sleep with.... or 2)Stop worrying and just empty your mind when you're trying to sleep.

Well, maybe because it's the end of the day, and you're alone. And you have too much time to think. Maybe you need some activity in the evening to help.

Its usually the first time when your mind is able to focus on the B/S of everyday life. If it gets to a point you can't sleep or think about suicide, see your doctor.

Hmm, is it your dreams, the thought of going to bed? Or maybe a girl leaving you? It sounds like it may be something in your social life, but then again, I'm not a "Shrink" so I don't know sh** . Sorry.

good question... maybe you dwell on to many things from the day..sometimes i watch t.v. till i fall asleep, or think about the next day. if this dont help then maybe you aren't keeping yourself fulfilled in you day or maybe your in a rutt and need a way out.. do something for yourself to lift yourself up
