just be honest. let him know that you like him as a friend you enjoyed the kiss but that you dont want him as a boyfriend. do it as soon as possible because the longer you leave it the harder it will be and the worse he will feel if he wants to be your girlfriend.

I would suggest learning to spell and write. That way when you meet someone special you can write letters to one another and understand what you are saying.
