I have only 5months left to travel and see all my relatives and friends that i havent seen in 3yrs.... I was 130pounds, but i went thru depression and gained weight.. im guessing 50pounds or so.... i am 22yrs old..... height 158.... pretty short..... nyway i only have 5months left..... I know most answers like excersice... healthy diet etc..... i just need specifics when it comes to food.... and is it possible to lose the weight in a 5month diet plan? Thank you

U can surely lost 50pounds in 5months.. its very possible.... cut out carbs go on protien diet....... well with a little bit of carbs but still just eat less and work out...... ull lose even more if u were up to it!! good luck

In a nutshell: No sugar, No flour. Because I am in a wheelchair a good deal I gain a HUGE amount of weight. I watched my calories and all the usual and lost a bit. When my husband became an insulin dependent diabetic I had to put both of us (otherwise he would cheat on anything he can get his cute paws on) on a strict diabetic diet. I lost 17 pounds almost immediately and have now topped 35 #. If I keep this up I'll be the only grannie in a bikini. We eat well, but not the 'nasty' carbs. Best wishes.

Yes! My ex lost over 50lbs with the South Beach Diet Plan. Go to thier website for specifics, Level 1 is the most difficult but only lasts a couple of weeks. At level 2 ..and even 3 you can buy frozen foods at the grocery store.

Eat healthy there are a ton of diets. I would go to the library and look around find a diet that works for you, if you like the foods and the plan it will make it easier to follow. I think weight watchers is the best for support and healthy eating. I would get some exercise again pick things you like it will make it easier to stick with. I would keep a journal and lists of why you want to be in shape. Stick with it and look at your successes. I wish you all the very best and stick with it. Your deserve to be at your best. You also might want to find someone to take long walks with or a diet buddy.

I went on this diet before. You eat nothing but 1 can of tuna PER day (just plain) as much fresh fruit and veggies as you like and 2 tall glasses of SKIM milk/day. You also have to drink at least 2.5 liters of water a day. Make sure your have a full glass before you eat to fill you up a bit. This may get a little expensive but it WORKS. and it`s not unhealthy because you still get protein from the tuna, and some carbs from the fruits and veggies. It`s just really low in fat. Combine this with a half hour walk EVERY day and those pounds will MELT right off you. Trust me I lost thirty pounds in like two months on this meal plan.

it's possible. Cut out sugars and eat a healthier diet and exercise. I noticed a big change when I quit using sugar in my coffee and quit drinking soda and not eating fast foods. When I realized how quickly I was losing weight I started working out to keep it off and I lost about 55 pounds and went from a 40 waist to 34.

Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.

But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.

So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. well you can lose 2 pounds a week pretty safely, however doing it by yourself is nearly impossible. You need to go to weightwatchers, you need the support and the weekly sessions with others. L.A weightloss works too, but its damn expensive.
Walk as much as you can, every day an hour, it helps with depression, clears your head of all the cobwebs.
