Look at mine. Proper diet!!! You can do all the exercises you want. If your abs are covered in a layer of fat, you can't see 'em!
I'm 43 and have a harder time keeping my abs as sharp as I did when I was 20 something. Two products that seem to help me keep my abs sharp are Lipodrene and Relacore.

I know the ball works great but I've heard that the "Bean" is the best for your back and still working the abs. I'm gonna check it out.

the best way to get him is to email him, as he does not answer the phone.
seriously, you have to have a very low body fat ratio, like 3% or something. A small percentage of males have that low body fat from their genes. situps will strengthen the abs but you have to see them clearly.

the Bowflex SUCKS and anabolic steroid use is illegal...so do what I'm trying to do:
-lose a gut, if you have one
-eat little until you lose the gut
-exercise when thin
