Well, I finally have read a question from a idiot. First let me ask you how do you know they are Mexican? They could be from Central America or South America or Cuban or Puerto Rican. I don't think Mexicans have the monopoly on creating a bad neighborhood, nor do I think any ethnic group does. I have seen all sorts of run down neighborhoods with many different nationalities. I have also seen many upper class neighborhoods with Latinos, Whites, Asians and Blacks. Stop being a bigot idiot and try to learn more about what is really going on.

Because they always turn every neighborhood into a trash dump! They have at least 3-4 piece-of-**** cars that don't run. They have 20 damn kids each,running wild all over the neighborhood. Clothes hanging on the fence. Screaming at their friggin kids, at the top of their lungs. Drug dealing going on,etc! They destroy a nice,peaceful neighborhood in no time!

My neighborhood as well, the Mexicans in mine have the cleanest, well maintained yards. They are quite and considerate. We have no problems with any of them, never a disturbance or any kind of curious behavior. Maybe it's just the neighborhood or area you are in.

House values will always be priced somewhere around the income of the current residents, whatever their race etc. If the housing stock becomes older, the occupants who are willing to live there have less to spend, prices decline, repairs aren't made cause older housing stock expensive to maintain and heat etc. prices decline, Gentrification is the reversal of this natural rule of economics. People choose to live there who have more income, prices rise etc. They do better maintenance and update systems prices rise. Always a tension between those driving prices down and driving prices up.

Thats why I moved out of Texas..,they have 20 people living in a 2 room house,yard looks like a junk yard..,dogs that arent fixed or taken care of half starving..,they dont have any pride in the way they live..,because they lived in a crap hole in Mexico..,they want to live that way in the US?Got sick of it ,moved to Kansas..,not so many there..,yet

bcuz usually when mexicans move in its bcuz the houses cost less and become more affordable and at that point the whole city starts devaluating - not because mexicans are moving in but bcuz the city is not enforceful enough if u get what i mean- o also because white racist people are the ones who classify "bad neighboorhoods" by how many minorities live there
