I already run on a treadmill and go for long walks/hikes several times a week. I have gotten very good results from this combination, but I feel my butt could be a lot more toned. I was considering buying a small piece of equipment to supplement my workouts. I would like something that will really lift and tighten the muscles.

I was considering buying either a thigh master or resistance bands, but didn't know if either of these would do what I want. Are either of these a good choice for toning? Or is there something better I can use?

(I really wasn't interesting in buying a video like buns of steel as I don't use workout videos.) Thanks in advance!

Squats and Lunges. Best exercises there are for your butt.

I am a 43 year old guy LOL ok your thinking oh yea he... hahaha


but I worked with a female worker 3 years older then me and man! she had a perfect body and butt to go along with it. I asked her how she kept her butt so tight and small she told me she sits on the floor legs crossed in a yoga position and use your buns to walk or woddle around the room and after a week or two you will see a difference and also feel it working I said how she laughed and said sore buns. but it works!!

Hey let u know little secert the french woman do to have firm butt
Stand with your back staight to the wall and bang your butt against it and it works

It's really simple. LUNGES & SQUATS. They are the best butt exercises out there.

biking is good. I do yoga and it is good for your whole body.
