I already run on a treadmill and go for long walks/hikes several times a week. I have gotten very good results from this combination, but I feel my butt could be a lot more toned. I was considering buying a small piece of equipment to supplement my workouts. I would like something that will really lift and tighten the muscles.
I was considering buying either a thigh master or resistance bands, but didn't know if either of these would do what I want. Are either of these a good choice for toning? Or is there something better I can use?
(I really wasn't interesting in buying a video like buns of steel as I don't use workout videos.) Thanks in advance!
