i love swiss cheese, especially on burgers. the flavor really compliments the taste of beef

Love it!!! My favorite sandwich is grilled swiss on rye with a slice of tomato, and my favorite birthday meal is swiss cheese fondue!! Yum!

It's very sharp tasting ... And not good value for money, what with all those holes in it!! ;o)
I love cheeses in general -- fetta, cream, cheddar, etc. I especially love Camembert (Tasmanian Heritage is a fave). Heavenly.
