Its very hard to lose weight. I understand the trouble. I found cutting out ALL And I MEAN ALL BREAD AND FLOUR RELATED PRODUCTS, and drinking alot of water daily, HELPS. I try to eat normally, and in moderation. No amount of exercise works.
Learning to love yourself and live healthy, even if you are larger in size is the best way to survive.
Love yourself for who you are, and stop trying to measure up bodysize with anybody else. I know plenty of size 3 girls who are miserable, the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. Skinny girls suffer just as much as fat ones. Men too!
Size has nothing to do with it. Confidence and inner acceptance is part of what makes you a beautiful person.
Lover yourself

I'm really sorry, but diet and exercise is the only way to keep the weight off once you lose it. Any other way is going to be very hard on your body, and you'll find that your weight fluctuates a lot. The key is finding healthy foods you enjoy. Keep in mind that exercise and burning more calories means you can eat a lot more foods that you like. I run and do a lot of long walks, and since I started, I've lost 15 lbs I didn't think I could. Not only that, I can eat a lot of the things I love, like cheese and pasta, and the occasional piece of cake without feeling guilty at all.

Well I will tell you that I have lost 8lbs and 1" from my waist in 2 weeks! And that is the best I have ever done! and I have tried them all! My middle is my problem area, and the thing you don't want to hear is what is working for the first time ever!!! I have been on every diet there is!!! Really!!! I lose it after months of struggle and then it comes back . The main thing I have been doing this time is just cutting back on portion size, and a very simple exercise routine (which is one thing I hate to do), but a hole inch in 2 weeks! I like seeing results that quick! Makes me want to do more, instead of give up the ship. If you want more info email me. I'll share.

hey hun....you asked the BEST way to loose weight and diet and exercise IS the best way...now had you asked what's the dumbest way and there could be starvation, or bulimia...from the looks of it hun your pickin's are slim....i know that might sound mean but weight loss is not just a fad....to loose weight in a healthy manner you must watch what you eat (and yes there should be cheat days to keep you sane) and take on some physical activity to get your heart rate up...getting physically fit is a form of changeing your life style for the better and if your not gonna give it your all then it's not even worth thinking on...love daisy

Hi, I just read your question about losing weight. I wouldn't advise a "diet". Stick to whole grain foods, such as brown rice, whole-wheat bread, and oatmeal. Veggies and various fruits. Stay away from fast food places because they're stuff is made with trans fat (partially hydrogenated oils) and empty calories. And also stay away from sugar and other junk food. If you only eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full, and exercise 5-6 days a week doing cardio work and weight training, you'll lose the weight. Make sure you take multi-vitamin/mineral and be sure to get adequate amount of protein and HEALTHY fats.

From a health care prospective, That is the only proper way. Only don't "DIET" eat right. 6 small meals per day, cut back your portions, more fresh fruit and vegetables. Walk at lunch time after your meal. When you go home don't just sit down, turn on your favorite music loud and clean while you dance. Go out to your living room and dance around as if you were sixteen and had the house all to yourself. Exercise comes in all shapes and forms.
"Try it"

Why ask the question if you know the answer and you insist you don't want to hear it?? Diet & Excercise are the ONLY safe, effective way to lose weight AND keep it off. There are no magic diet pills or potions

well you obviously know the best way, it just doesn't conform to what you want to hear. Cut out sugars and stay away from fatty foods and you will notice a big difference. If that doesn't suit you then I guess you can always become a crack or meth addict. You'll lose alot more than weight though.

Weight earnings is barely brought about with the aid of energy. energy which at the instant are not burned are later converted into fat cells. many times human beings will workout yet get hungry from workout and consume extra energy than they burned and unquestionably earnings extra weight. jointly as i'm no longer announcing to starve your self or exchange into anorexic, it continues to be significant to observe what you consume jointly as workout yet preserving a wholesome way of life. chocolates have a extreme concentration of energy, so a bigger wholesome meal can help fill you up with out providing you with a ton of energy.
