Nah, I went to the wrong funeral and wondered why I hadn't a clue who the vicar was on about, but I continued to sit through the service cause I thought he'd got the ladies name wrong.
My friend moved house, I went to visit her, I knocked on her door, heard what I swore was my friends voice say 'come in, won't be long, just go in the lounge', I walked in and sat on the sofa for 10 minuets only to be faced with a shocked lady asking who the hell I was, my friend had actually moved in next door, so no your not alone, we all do daft things, as long as you can laugh about them.

You're not the only one bud, I sat next to a stressed looking couple as I was coming back from Stansted not long ago who asked me whether they could do Stansted - Luton in an hour as they hadn't read the confirmation properly!
Also the first business trip I took my boss on, we arrived about 2 hours from the airport I thought we were flying to, but I guess that's more Ryanair's fault as Frankfurt Hahn is nowhere near Frankfurt.

Exactly the same thing NEARLY happened to me once. I cant remember where I was going,Italy perhaps. Maybe it was Rodez, in the South of France, dunno.
Anyway I think i went to Kings Cross when I should have gone to Liverpool St. I suppose I was on automatic pilot (excuse pun) cos I often flew from Luton Airport via Kings Cross.
Luckily I asked one of the train guards when my train to Stansted was arriving and he quickly pointed out that I there were no trains to Stansted from Kings Cross. There i was bleary eyed (it was a very early flight) and i was disputing it, i was CONVINCED he was wrong. Anyway I dont remember how i got to the right airport, must have been by taxi i guess, but I made it in time. Good thing I left in plenty of time that morning!!
Thought it was just me that did that sh*t!!
