GARLIC - You know your eating enough garlic when you fart and two minutes later someone walks into the room sniffs the air and says, "Something sure smells good, what are you cooking?". For foul smelling farts, Onions, garlic, beer and beans consumed in great quantities.

Isn't it different for different people?? I know...there is this fried chicken place up the street and whoa nelly when I eat there I can not even stand myself. it lasts all day until i sleep...then I wake up and I am fine...but man that fried chicken is a room clearer. just me tho not my kids...so i think differeent foods have different effects on different people...I love General Tso chicken and it does not give me gas. Hope this helps...
