Technically they don't have to send you a statement. Everyone is supposed to be responsible with their debt and know who they owe money to. Statements are a courtesy to remind you what you owe, what you've recently charged, and what the agreement you signed indicates you should pay at a minimum.

Surprise! The short answer is NO. Your monthly statement is a courtesy.
If you know when your payment is due, then pay it. You're not required to attach the payment stub when you send in a payment although it does make it easier for the company to record your payment. Make sure you have the correct address to send payments and just attach a sheet of paper to your check with your account number, name and address on it so they will know how to apply the funds.

credit cards that are based on installment plans don't usually come with monthly statements, but a payment book. revolving charge accounts are supposed to send monthly statements. you may just want to make sure that your mail isn't getting lost or intercepted by those trying to steal your identity....they look for mail directly from credit card companies. also, check your credit to make sure all the information contained is correct.
