hmmm...well I'm not a bot...but I do agree with the dumb question remark.
Whenever I try to ask a decent question, not many people ever answer it...so I gave up...pretty sad when you get more answers for whether people like pepsi or coke better, then if you ask tips on potty training!

Granted, you have to sift through more questions on the weekend than you do during the week but, since the average age of the Yahoo! Answerer is allegedly 15, you gotta expect that. Don't let it get you down for long. Just find the windows when the "good" questions dominate and go for it.
Avoid it on the weekends.

No you are not the only one I too think that the website was SUPPOSED TO BE SO People come on here to give advice or ask a serious question not to hear about how people's sick minds work. People also don't come here to just get reported by staff and the evil Edna!

not particularly, I still enjoy reading the questions and peoples comments. I haven't seen much of the bots, not sure what you are talking about there. Sex questions are common and have some of the best comments though

I usually find that decent questions only appear really late at night when non-Americans are the majority of people on the site. It's sad to see how dumb my own countrymen can be!

Oh my gosh....I totally though that too until I really needed some answers about ovairan cancer. These guys really came through with the information I needed. Check out some of the catagories that you do not frequent. I was impressed.

Well, I'm human, but I agree with you about the little kids asking sex questions. You can tell that they are so young, just in the way that they word their questions. I think it is funny, just because I can laugh at them, not with them.

I totally agree with you on this one, most question are not interesting to me here anymore that's why I don't visit to often. Afraid I could be talking to some type of stalking paedophile, or upset kid who's trying to off themselves. Not much fun in that! Later

if you are holding out for originality, you might be out of luck. Best to just look around and try to bring something creative to the answers. Everything I go to ask, seems to have been asked 24576 times(this may say more about me than anything else). So take us there and ask something else really....new. I wil try to answer you and we will get the ball rolling.
