That verse does not exist

Al-Baqarah is number 2
Al-Baruj is number 85
Al-Bayyinah is number 98

9:50 is for the book of Al-Tawbah and says

9:48-52 They had sought before this to sow dissension, and hatched plots against you. But in the end the truth prevailed and the will of God triumphed, much as they disliked it.

Some of them say: 'Give us leave to stay behind, and do not expose us to temptation.' Surely they have already succumbed to temptation. Hell shall engulf the unbelievers.

If you meet with success, it grieves them; but if a disaster befalls you, they say: 'We have taken our precautions.' And they turn away, rejoicing.

Say: 'Nothing will befall us except what God has ordained. He is our Guardian. In God let the faithful put their trust.'

Say: 'Are you waiting for anything for God's scourge to smite you, direct from Him or at our hands. Wait if you will; we too are waiting.'

None of this says anything about killing. Stop lying and spreading hate

You are not quoting Quran you are quoting hadith (sayings, actions, teaching of the Prophet Muhammad (saw). We also follow hadith but I am not sure how authentic that hadith is. Hadiths like that one needs to be verified and explained by a scholar of Islam.

Quran says this about Killing/murder

Chapter 5 verse 32

"If anyone slays a human being-unless it be [in punishment] for murder or for spreading corruption on earth-it shall be as though he had slain all mankind; whereas, if anyone saves a life, it shall be as though he had saved the lives of all mankind. And, indeed, there came unto them Our apostles with all evidence of the truth: yet, behold, not with standing all this, many of them go on committing all manner of excesses on earth."

Do you see anywhere here where it says Muslim or non-Muslim.

The Bible and the Quran both have writings that contradict the overall good intentions of the religion.

What matters more than the literal word of the religious text is how people interpret it and how they apply it to their daily lives... no matter what their faith or what book they decide is the ultimate source of truth.

Some people follow the spirit of their faith to do good. Others use their faith as an excuse to torture/harass/impose their will on other people. No faith is innocent in that regard.

it's the part of Quran that they use to legalize killing the innocent people. but not all of them, some of them are good ones and please never judge all Quran just from al Bukhari.

What is your question?

You can not take one passage and make an assumption of a religion. You must study the whole book and understand the message.
