Normally it's the other way around. And while I can't lump all women into a single generalization, there's a good chance that if she's not showing you any affection; she doesn't like you that way.

First of all YA DO NOT USE TEQUILA!!! Girls usually go slower than guys so just show her you care about her without phisical affection just mentel(compliment her) so once she knows you care about her for her (not just her body) she'll show affection.
