Only Panda Express uses real chicken. All other Chinese restaurants use processed cat meat.

What chinese always said " Every animals with the backbone faces the sky can be eat "......and i believe in that...but as for i know most Chinese will have beef,pork,mutton and all the poutry and seafood in their normal cooking....only out of 100%, 30% percent of Chinese like exotic food. But i know one things for sure....if you eat in Chinese restorant and like to drink the soup...tasty and nice ? Tell you the truth, if you are going to use chicken meat or pig bones to cook the soup...it wont taste so nice.....what the restorant added is python meat.....tell you this is the magic.....after adding it in your soup ...is taste so nice and sweet......Perfecto....by the way i dont mind what they put inside....what i mind is how they taste like....haha....

It's real chicken! Chicken is cheap, there's no need to substitute for anything else.

i dont give a motherlover about what yall people say about chinese food and how they cook it..once i see no fly ,bugs or anything that has nothing to do with my food..im going to sill eat chinese until i dont know when..

It depends where you are. If you ever go to Hong kong, go to a food market they sell all sorts of stuff there. Like scorpions and frogs and yellow maggots.
