whats the best way to deal with the hunger pain?

thank you to the people who truly answered this question and thank you to the people who care (or claimed to care) about the anorexic people of this world. i am not anorexic...and you can see i never said that in the question...i was just wondering how they do it. i couldnt eat for five days because of a surgery last week and i thought i was going to die. i thought it would be an interesting question. thank you for caring.

When I was fasting I would drink water ot tea or coffee just to taste something and that distracted me from it, also keeping busy keeps your head off it. I also took diet pills with appetite suppressants or even took stimulant drugs. After a few days though your body goes into ketosis and youre body stops sending hunger signals cus its too busy eating away at your fat/muscles/organs/whatever you have left in your body. Theres also a certain point in the mind of an anorexic that tells you the pain is your punishment, or you deserve the pain, or that beauty will come of it, theres a very twisted mindset since it is a mental disorder, and I dont think you could do it unless you had the disease.

eat. i eat whatever i wnat, cause i work out daily. You should to. Women love being toned. If i was a girl i would buy 5 pound weights and work my arms and legs. 5 pound weights will not give you more muscle, it just tones you up. I would eat, workout then jog.

drink a lot of water (water is ur best friend) coffee is good 2 it fills u up whats good is warm water if u drink cold water it dosnt usally help cold water actully makes u burn more callaries...when i feel hungrey i just chew gum or have some water...but rlly after a while u 4get ur hungrey and its not a big deal anymore

Anorexia is a psychological disorder, not a weight loss plan. Anorexic people don't think they have anorexia so I highly doubt that you do have this disorder.

Remember that food is disgusting. I usually take Advil or Tylenol when I get hunger pains.
