I have had a wart removed from my left hand 2 times now and it comes back. This time it came back in the outer edge of the last freeze mark. Will this ever go away?

Warts are viral infections. Recurrences are very common. But they do eventually go away. Each single wart is a viral colony. After removal some viruses may be left behind which again grow to form new warts.
Larger the wart more are the number of viruses in it. More are the chances of recurrences.... so you should never let it grow too big. Go to the dermatologist and get it removed at the earliest. If freezing is not helping you try cauterisation.
All the best... dont shake hands with your left hand if there is a wart on it. You might transmit it to others.
