I was wondering which of the two was better for increasing endurance and stamina?

HIIT is better for burning fat and building muscle but as far as endurance goes, long workouts are the key to building that up.

Normal cardio is best for stamina and endurance, you can do this for a longer period of time thus giving you these two things.
