A salsa made with habenero peppers.
They warned me before hand and so I only took a small toothpick of the sauce and still burned for over 20 minutes. I even drank milk and it had little effect. My scalp was sweating and I was tearing!
I like spicy food and have had wasabi, Chinese mustard, Tabasco, red peppers on pizza, poblano and jalapeno peppers, but never again habenero anything.

I was at a festival and there was a food stand that had so-called Cajun and creole food. They had gumbo, so I ordered it - it came in about a eight ounce bowl. The woman asked me if I wanted hot sauce and I said yes - I've eaten habaneros straight so I do like hot stuff. She took a bottle that had an eyedropper in it and added an eyedropper full to my bowl and stirred it around a bit. I walked off and started eating it. With my third spoonful I got some of the hot sauce - and THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO DIE!!!! I couldn't eat any of the rest of it and I wanted to throw up but I sure didn't want to taste that coming back up again! Since I was at this festival there was no milk available - my friend brought me several beers and about 20 minutes later I recovered enough to go back to the food stand and ask her what the HECK she had put in that gumbo. We looked at the label and it was pure capsaicin extract - 1 million scoville units. that's ten times as hot as a habanero! The label said to use ten drops for 1 GALLON of soup or stew and she had put one whole eyedropper in my little bowl. She apologized because she hadn't read the label - they just knew people were going to see Cajun and ask for hot so they just bought hot sauce. And I got my money back...

I've never had ATEN...but the most spicy thing I've ever eaten was wasabi. Didn't know that the green blob of stuff served with sushi was wasabi. Took a big bite...WOW...almost choked! I felt like I couldn't breath!
Now I know to mix it with Soy sauce and ginger to lighten the HEAT!
:)
How about you?

Extreme Suicide chicken wings...made by a restaurant that was known for the hottest chicken wings in the city. They used to give the person who finished a plate of their wings...dinner free simply because the wings were so fire like that few succeeded.
I love hot foods and not much seems too hot for me...I and another girl ate 2 plates of these wings and earned ourselves the status of the first women to do so...our husbands thought we were insane and well...those wings were excellent!

I cooked some fajitas one time using Tabasco sauce and jalapeno peppers. I also added more spices but it has too long ago to remember exactly what I used. It was so hot it brought tears to our eyes and we are used to eating hot food.
