Long hair with long bangs, not those icky 80's style bangs, but bangs that flow gracefully. Layers if necessary. Preferably straight with a little curl at the ends or something, not just boring.

I love the side bangs style. For the hair in general id say long and straight and brown.

Well depending on your hair type, I would love to have longer hair but my hair is thick and wavy and looks better short and it takes minutes to do in the morning, so I am going to say short, not very short but short enough to wash and throw gel/mousse in and just put the blow dryer on for 5 minutes and go.

I just got this great hair style recently. It is about shoulder length, a little longer actually, with long layers and blonde highlights.
