You can transmit HIV through oral sex, but no, it does not mean you definitely have it. The chance of contracting the virus on one exposure is actually not even close to 50%, but it depends on whether you have open sores, how long you were exposed, how high the person's "viral load" is, etc. The only safe thing to do now is to go get tested.
If you have a negative test now, you need to go get tested again in 6 months. It usually takes about a month to start making antibodies to the virus, so if you didn't have it before, you will be very unlikely to have a positive test now, but you should be tested now as a baseline. If you still have a negative test in 6 months, and you have had no further exposures to the virus, then you could assume you did not contract it at that point.
Be careful and protect yourself and your partners!

HIV is contracted through bodily fluids of ALL types.
If you swallowed from an infected person, get tested RIGHT AWAY.
Then, NO MATTER the results, get tested a second time in a few weeks (ask doc about time lapse between tests) so you can confirm the first set of results (which will occassionally be wrong).
It is the ONLY way you will know for SURE....

Like other infections there are not 100% of possibilities to be infected, but yes there is a big risk, so next time use a condom...even if you don't swallow you could get the infection.

It's not 100%, but you CAN get HIV from oral sex. Best to get tested now and again in 6 months.

Yep!!!!!! I wish I could tell you differently but this is a very educated world and the facts are readily available to all of us. Semen is where the virus is predominately living.

if u swallowed, and you know they were infected, I would consult a doctor as soon as possible. I would get checked out either way. The sooner the better. Good luck and god bless.

Yes, HIV is passed in semen, and no matter how the semen touches you, if it touches a memrane(vagina, anus, mouth, nose, or eyes) it is passable. Get tested.

Chances are highly likely you will, due to small tears in the lining of the esophagus and stomach. I wouldn't risk it.
