Yes, females can be HMs. They can even go FMF. however, their roles will be limited.. they will NOT be field HMs..only stationed at medical facilities, although this could include field hospitals.

Additionaly, the overall number of HMs may be high, but the percentage that can be female is on the smaller side, since most of the current crop is going Greenside to be field medics with Marines.

Yes women can become corpsmen. All marine units have navy corpsmen attached. The marines will not put a woman in a unit whose primary function is directly engaging the enemy...what the army calls combat arms...armor, artillery, and infantry. There are many units in which women do serve such as the air wing, logistical support, motor transport etc. Any place these women marines serve a female navy corpsmen could also serve.

well they cant be sent directly into battle, but they can go with marines on a convoy like you stated. if say they were to go on a convoy and were involved in combat then yes they would be able to be in combat. females in the military are not allowed to be on the front lines in combat. it isnt going to change anytime soon so dont bother calling us a bunch of sexists. we tend to be deaf on things like that.

As it stands now, they can only be hospital corpsmen, and not go into battle.
