The water doesn't actually expire - it has to do with the plastic bottle - after the expiration date, some of the components can start to break down into the water...

Immediate death is a bit drastic don't u think? Well, 1st of all, the exp. date is probably to ensure until when the company guarantees the water will be fresh. After all they dont' want to get sued. Also, if the water bottle is still sealed it should be good, perhaps a little stale, if u're still uncomfortable, call the 1-800 # labeled under comments&questions on the bottle. Hope this helps.

drink it and hope that the lady who said her parents died thus isn't telling the truth. of course, the oxygen atoms may have warped and recombined as H and 3O, which, as everyone know, is ozone (and a little hydrogen with it), the gas that protects us from dangerous light rays from the sun, but is also extremely dangerous for your health. so if you didn't die, not only would you be no longer thirsty, but also may never again have to use sunscreen due to the newly devoured ozone. heck, you may even mutate and turn blue or something and end up as one of the 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles'!

No. I think it might be flat like over boiled water for tea.
