I was scolding my dog for digging and when he started to cry and whimper, my sister's dog ran up on him and started growling and tried to mount him. I pushed him away but he just kept coming back, determined to get to my dog... What is up with that?

I think that u should try talking to ur sister and telling her that u don't like her dog pouniccg on ur dog ande if that don't work then just keep ur dog away from her dog.
