Well if you are on this web page I can understand that you would think so. Mostly they young kids, who hate school and have nothing to say or do... so they want to play around and talk to nobody in particular and eveyone in general to shock us.
Nobody is shocked ...just annoyed that Yahoo doesn't delete them out of the system.
Do not judge all "American's" because of these perverts.

It is different for every different type of person. You are making a VERY LARGE generalization there and I hope you recognize that.
The range can vary I'm sure from 10 up to 40 or never.
