i m15 but most guys only stick around if they getting something i dont want to have sex until im married cuz i know ill be with my husband

If the relationships are cut short, it is no fault of your own. Apparently those boys were only after sex in the first place. In any real relationship, two people should really get to know each other for who they are, and not for the sex alone. Don't get me wrong, sex is wonderful when it is with someone you love.
Stick to your guns girl, I am very proud of you standing your ground! :-)

It won't be an easy time, but some guys are willing to wait, and if they're not don't waste your time on them...you will be worth the wait if the man is right and the relationship is solid. NOt all relationships will be cut short for lack of sex, and a good christian relationship can be full of love and affection without sex. Find an activity outside of the bedroom and enjoy being a teen! YOu have many years ahead of you for the complications sex can bring.

It's very possible that you will have short term relationships because many guys will be looking for just that one thing - to have sex with you. You need to tell a guy who's interested in you up front that you are not going to have sex with him. But please be prepared for him to continue to pursue in the hopes of changing your mind. That's when you break it off. At this point, word may get around that you are not available for casual sex. You may at that point attract guys who are looking for a deeper relationship. But something else might happen too: The guy you said no to might be totally pissed off and tell everyone you're a slut. You need to continue being honest with people and don't give in to what is against your principles. But always be aware of what's going on.

If you want to wait to have sex until you're married than do so and don't allow any guy to change that. If a guy tries to force you to have sex he really doesn't have any respect for you and therefore you really shouldn't be with him anyway. You're young and just because "everyone else is doing it" doesn't mean you have to. Cherish the treasure that you have and don't just give it away to anyone.

Good for you! You stick to your guns on that one and you'll never regret it. If you play hard to get and let the guys know your plans, it's like a filter. That way the only guys you'll have wanting to go out with you are the genuine guy that likes you for who you are and the occassional guy that wants to try to change your mind. They are the ones that will tell you anything to get in your pants. Tell them to hit the road. If more girls felt like you do there would be far less problems today.

It really did my heart good to hear that there are still girls out there
that want to wait to have sex,and have already made up their mind you will be with your husband always. You have a good head on your shoulders,and you will have a good life,as long as you stick to your beliefs,your heart will never steer you wrong!

To have sex is not the main idea. When you are too young, you just think about it because you body feels the curiosity when you have a guy close by. If that guy loves you, he will wait for your decision.

You know what, if they don't stick around after you tell them you don't want to have sex til your married, then they weren't worth it and they didn't respect you as a person!!!!!!!!! They just wanted to hit it and go. Thats great that you wanna wait til you get married, I wish i had waited.........

Cut any relationship that will not respect your decision to wait. They have actually told you what they were about when pressing for sex. Keep your values. It is the right thing for so many reasons.

i think u should wait until marriage because if a guy will dump u cause u didnt want to do it then forget him cause that means thats all he wanted anyways so dont worry about guys like that dont just give it up to anyone wait for the right one and that will be your husband
