It's been almost a year since this guy (met online) and I have told each other we loved them. (we have known each other for a VERY long time) Now when we talk he is very cool or wanting to talk about anything but our relationship. When we say goodbye from talking he just says "later" or "later dear". Is this a bad sign? Does this mean he is just not too into me anymore? Please give me some perspectives on this situation. Well maybe this guy feels that this relationship is going nowhere. It seems maybe if you all really care for each other maybe you should meet him in person. It just might be sick of just talking on the internet and maybe he wants to meet instead of just having an online conversation. You should meet him to find out.

did the two of you actually ever meet???? that is important to know. if not, then he was heated up by the initial contact, the fact of finding a new person online and connecting, being attracted by mere words/phrases...but after awhile that fiddles and a person gets bored with the person that initially made them so "hot". you should move on and try to connect with somebody in person luv

Maybe he felt the excitement of having someone to love, from my experience i'd say he's either trying to step back a moment to see if just deep affection or love. Guys don't rush to love, they mistake love for infatuation. IF its not that, then someone "fresh" has caught his attention, maybe.. remember how he acted with you when you first started, see if there's a parallel.

Is this just an internet relationship? If so don't sweat it. If not just be forward and ask him. Communication is the most important thing in a relationship. If he can not be honest with you about it he is not worth staying involved with.

since you only met on the internet im thinking u probably havent seen each other in person so he probably has found another girl who he can actually see. so u should just find another guy and move on, but u two can still be friends

Been in the same situation, and it's best to assume that he's not into you anymore. If he is, then he will show the same affection as before. Why should that change? Unless he's not into you anymore.
