What you need to do is Disk Cleanup, and remove programs, that u do not use.... The software, is already installed on a computer from factory..... there is no need to buy anymore software, the problem, is that you have to much on your computer, already....

Not knowing what type of computer you have you may try the following....

In keyword type in the word Stinger...when the page comes up download it and save onto computer. When fully downloaded, hit tab, then hit run...It only cleans out a few, but it it just a start...

Then in the search bar, type in Grissoft.com and download the software AVG as offered by Grissoft...

These are both free anti-virus sites and may help you with your computer problems. Also clean your computer by clearing temporary files and cookies from the "e" site-toolbar...

If this doesn't work, call your service provider and they will assist you further.

You are too cheap. The games and videos need more RAM!

So, first get it up to 512 Mb of RAM!

Hope it is at the least a 733 mhz processor! More is better, with video!

Then the defrag needs to be run. let it go overnight.

Then, get http://crapcleaner.com and AVG from Grisoft, plus SpybotS&D, and Adaware from Lavasoft.

Or, run http://pclinuxos.com and hit the install icon. It does run up to 50X faster!

most likely its your video card not powerful enough to run the games and video.check your video card maker and see if if there is an update and or patch for your card. also see if you have enough memory to run the video or game.
