The trick is to not TELL her but to SUGGEST to her. You can do that any number of ways.
Do a little wig play in the bedroom and really give an outstanding performance when the blonde is donned.
It's summer so it's conceivable that her hair has lightened due to sun exposure. You can work it like this "You're looking extra hot today, is your hair getting lighter?"
There are many opportunities for suggestion, I'm sure you'll find some.

Off to the wig shop, baby. Make it into a fun game, and try on lots of different wigs together - don't just make a bee-line for the blonde ones.
If she really does look awesome as a blonde, on the way home casually say, "You know, have you ever thought of dying your hair blonde? Because I thought you looked great in the blonde wigs".
Then see how she takes it. If she's not into it or against it, you can just let her know you think it's a great idea. Keep dropping little hints every so often.
I eventually got my husband to put blonde streaks in his hair, and although he thought it was a dumb idea, he's now addicted and loves all the attention he gets from women.

If you love her then take her for a day spa where you can show her get her a gift pack that included color nails and facile and tell the stylist or colorist that you want to see her blonde let her talk to her. in to it and you both will be happy an you'll get all the rewards just don't for get to tip your stylist i do it all the time for couples to bring the life back to the table

Uuuuuuuuuh, just ask her, dude!! If she's a pretty laid back girl, she won't flip out. Just tell her you think she would look hot with blonde hair and ask her to try it. The worst thing that she will say is no. No big deal.

you do it with compliments!:) suggest something like...blonde would bring out your ___________, and mention a good quality she has. Or ask her would she let you dye her hair blonde...sometimes if it's the boyfriend doing the act, then she'll agree. I also add don't do it negatively--it's bound to come back on you. Wait til she's feeling bored and is looking for something but she doesn't know what. Then flippantly suggest that she go get a makeover and play with something new. Tell her you'll even pay for it if she wants to go blonde.
The key is to be patient and to find the right opportunity to drop it in like you're making a joke...but a joke that would be fun if she wanted to do it.

What happens if she dyes her hair blonde just to satisfy your fantasy and you don't like it, or it doesn't suit her? You fell in love with the whole package. Leave her hair the way it is.

There are program on the net that allow you to change hair color on any photo. Do one of her as a blond and show it to her ;>)

I would just ask her it she has ever thought about dyeing her hair blonde. If she flips on you just say you were asking.
