Notify the landlord and call the police next time they do it. It's disturbing the peace, giving alcohol to a minor, endangering the welfare of a child, and it's also grounds for eviction.

You should put a written complaint in to the Real Estate that they lease off as Im sure the land lord would want to know.. Also get in contact with the Tennancy people and put a complaint in with them. Also you should call the police for a noise complaint every time! You dont need to tell the police who is making the complaint (at least I dont think you do.. here is Australia you dont)
When you call the police tell them that you are in fear for your safety as they are constantly drinking and giving alcohol to minors who are then getting in the car driving, and continue to do so until something gets done about it.. Sometimes persistance is the only way!

thats a hazard to the communtiy, themselves, and others. If they give minors alcoholic beverages then they are breaking a law. I dont want to say "report them to the cops and get them in trouble." But something must be done. Get a group of people from your communtiy to interveing in some sort of a small meeting. If there are no means or if things go on without success then I'm afraid that reporting them to the appropiate law inforcers would be the only thing to do.

Call the dirty deeds people. They take care of things like that. Remember the song?
But seriously just think if one of those minors drove a car into a homeless person or worse yet into someones bedroom while they were sleeping.
CALL THE COPS! ( they won't tell where the got the call from)

If these adults are giving minors alcohol, you can contact Social Services and they will keep your name completely anonymous. You can also let the police know and let them know you chose to remain anonymous. We had a similiar situation, and the neighbors never knew it was us because apparently ALL the other neighbors were calling as well!

Just call the police non-emergency line and tell the operator that you wish to remain anonymous and tell the operator what is going on;it is illegal to give minors alcohol and it's illegal to drive while under the influence of any intoxicant.

Don't worry about retaliation - worry about trying to sleep at night after a teenager has been killed drunk driving.

You know the right thing to do, otherwise you wouldn't have asked.

Be strong and do what's right. Good luck.

Call police on them while these activities are taking place. Couple of police visits - and they are well behing neighbors, before you know it. Even if they are renters they won't want to be evicted.

Call the police!! If you have small children then you need to protect them. They won't necessarily think it's you that called. It could be the people across the street for all they know. Also, try to contact the landlord. Let him know they are trashing his property and he'll probably kick them out.
