try maybe playing soft music or working out before you go to sleep or also try to take a bath

to fall asleep faster;
don't be on the computer just b4 bed.
go to bed at the same time.
try to wear the same type of clothing/if any.
use a white noise generator or fan to drown out background noise
darkness is good.
take a bath b4 bed.
read b4 bed.

not sure I understand the question....to fall asleep faster..#1) clear your head of all thoughts..think nothing but about your breathing #2) slowly take deeper and deeper breaths..slowing everything down...letting nothing intrude on this process #3) going ever slower and with deeper breathing..be conscious of only your breathing...this works well for me!

my advice , it sure worked in my case, when in bed , breathe in deep & say something like prayer , whatever you like such as " 's been a tough day ,'s been a tough day , 's been a tough day ,'s been a tough day " you can't help breathing in deep and fast.ãGo on like this. You are asleep .

get more exhausted during the day and enjoy your life to the fullest, then you will be tired enough and not be anxious about missing something while you sleep.
