Soups really are filling and many of them are low on calories. Just make sure that the soup is not too high on sodium.

nabisco,has those snack packets of cookies nabs that are all uder 120 calories and less and they are decent tasting and low in fat....Look in the cookie aisle of your favorite grocery store...

my FAV is oatmeal to go bars or trail mix bars! they are so good (one of my fav foods) and low in calories and fat! they are about 100-150 cals depends what kind you get
