Try one of the big chain hardware stores, Home Depot, or Orchard Supply. If you don't have one close call your local phone company or electric company.
Maybe a Bulk Lumber Yard.

The electric utility usually supplies these. Why would you have to purchase one on your own? Ask them to put it in.

I think you can get one from the telephone company... they will install it and bill you.
