People always talk generally and never tell you EXACTLY WHAT TO DO!
Ok... here's the key to losing weight.
1. Take Hoodia Gordonii and an ephedra free fat burner in the AM. Wash it down with a slim fast shake
2. eat 200 cal. between Breakfast and Lunch (Power bar will do it)
3. Take ephedra free fat burner for lunch wash it down with a slim fast shake.
4. eat 200 cal. between Lunch and dinner
5. Take Hoodia Gordonii and Seroslim (or another good Seratonin regulator) with Dinner (eat a sensible small dinner.)
6. 200 Cal snack between dinner and bed
The Seroslim is to get rid of the night cravings
Make sure to walk or run 3 times per week for 20-30 minutes
You will lose 3 lbs+ per week

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.
But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.
So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. Cut the crap from your diet - you know, ice-cream, fast-food - the sh!t you know is bad for you.
And start doing cardio - 40 minutes of running a day, or treadmill, or cross-trainer if you can't handle that. And if that's too much, then do what you can, the same amount, each day, then work up to it.

Balanced diet and exercise. Unfortunately there is no safe shortcut in the long run. Believe me if there was I'd be running for it.

Exercise. It raises your metabolism.
Substitute unhealthy stuff w/ low fat alternatives. (regular for diet, carrots for cookies, etc.)
Try www.weightwatchers.com - it helped me lose 20 lbs!
