Cut in half, eaten w/ spoon, maybe a tad of splenda on top. I prefer ruby reds, but will do yellow ones as well.
LIPITOR USERS: Do not eat or drink any grapefruit products within about 12 hours of taking your Lipitor. It will cause the medication to not work! Just a little aside there.... :-)

I like my grapefruit cut in half and sugared, and my husband likes it peeled with no sweetener at all. But they have to be the Ruby reds, we do not care for the white ones.

Peeled with all the white stuff taken off and the inside peel removed, then straight up, but it has to be a good variety..pink from Florida is the yummiest!

My family say I love to torture myself with extreme sourness or bitterness. I would eat a grapefruit like an orange. Cut it in wedges and i'll bite right through it. Or I'll juice it if I'm a little bit hardworking.
