to help you sleep you should not let yourself feeling hungry, not taken any cafein within 5 to 2 hours before, and don't think much, Just relax and let your mind be free......zzzzz

It's supposed to work, but it never does for me....my dad eats a bowl of ice cream almost every night, and sleeps like a log, so maybe there's something to it....
