I am an 18 year old virgin and thats maybe because of my weight. I weight 270 pounds, and I am 5'4 inches. I mean I have just about every exercise equipment there is: from tae-bo, gazelle, threadmill, exercise bike, weights, gym bar, 6 week workout diet, ab lounge, abdoer and 6 seconds abs. What should I do, I really want to lose weight but how. I even tried making my friends to start calling my fatso, fatboy, caloriesmaker and some rude other mean stuff (which lowers my self-esteem) but none seems to work. My worst problems are my flabby stomach and and my chubby back. I dont want to become just another individual whose waisting air and oxygen. I want to become somebody and being a fat someone is not what I have in mind. Please tell me something that can motivate me. anything just to lose the weight and my flabby stomach and back. I really need help, please answer me with appropriate answers not rude ones. Please please please.

Think about how happy your enemies will be if you keep the wieght on, and how they'll feel when you've lost it. FYI, it's easier to stay on the treadmill, etc if you're watching TV or reading.

I would highly suggest that you try joining Weight Watchers. They teach you how to eat sensible. I never considered it a diet, but a way of life.

You might consider some type of therapist. It sounds like you need to talk about what is going on (why would you want someone to call you 'fatso' or 'fatboy'?).

You need to mix up your exercise program.

I wish you the very best. I know how hard it is because I've been there.

well maybe you should talk to a doc But I used to be over weight I'm 5'7 and I used to be 225 but I just Jogged every night cut all Candy's out even though I don't eat much candy or fast food Also If you don't like jogging in front of every one in the day time do it during night time and if you listen to your fave music that gets me pumped every time. that's what you do and every time you eat make shore that you take at least a 10min walk And even when you drop the weight still keep going until you lose like 15 pounds over the amount you want to lose just in case you gain some pounds back.I now am 144 it took me a year but it feels great If you lose confidence just think about the bad things that people said about your weight and to fit in to your dream jeans or that special girl you want to do this for.

dude, losing wieght the healthy way will take a long time. Ill just be blunt: if you want to lose a hundred and fifty pounds or so, you have to start eating right. My mother is 5'2 and wieghs 190 pounds. She has been struggling to lose her extra 60 pounds for the last 4 years.

If i were you, i would start by going vegetarian. I would eat salads, bread, fruits, juice, beans and rice. (No meat, ice cream, sugar, milk, butter, eggs, fast food of any kind). The truth is, it will take a long time (2+ years) to lose all the wieght, but its completely possible.

Rude people will give rude answers. Just ignore them. They are miserable and misery loves company. Nice people give nice answers. If you are lucky, you could get a brilliant answer. You have lucked out if you can understand it.


Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.

But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.

So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. drink water only! NO red meat! Low carbs... fruits only. Lots of veggies. eat small portions 5-6 times a day. if you need a snack it has to be fruit, or yougurt. Try putting a mirror in front of you while you eat and watch yourself eat. Try not to sit around, go for walks, and lift weights.


eat till your not hungry not till your full. Drink a full glass of water before each meal. Dont eat after 7.

Good luck, and remeber it will take a disclipline and work.

You need to get a personal trainer at a gym they will help you through it. Its hard but it will be so worth it. Being a virgin is something to be proud of.......

I recommend lots of small meals during the day (6 to be exact)... when you starve yourself, your body conserves the fat it has cause it doesn't know when it'll get its next supply of energy.
