I live in a country that was founded on the principle of freedom from religious persecution. That includes ALL religious beliefs. Surprisingly, the only group in America ever denied religious freedom by the government since the Constitution was adopted was the... Native Americans. These are the people, not the Christains, imprisoned for following their beliefs. I am personally against intolerance as much as I am against proseletyzing and fanaticism. I also believe strongly in the separation of church and state for the same reason.

It's happening right now in a lot of countries, especially some of the Muslim ones but also China and North Korea, and is a serious problem. There are charities such as Aid to the Church in Need and Christian Solidarity Worldwide which are trying to help.

This country was founded by Christians. The laws and constitution was written by Christians. The pilgrims came to America to escape persecution in Europe. Prayerfully the U.S. would never come to that!

hey my people have a far longer history of being put in to prisons. concentration camps and executed by your people. Than any group has ever had.
So if you leave others alone its better odds that you will be left alone

Er, what country are you in?
Here in the U.S. it's much closer to the opposite: imprisoning people for NOT being Christian. Needless to say, people should not be imprisoned or otherwise deprived of their rights on account of their religious beliefs.

Have you ever heard the word underground?
It was done in the beginning Church.
Why, they had to.
Yes the things you mention are done in other countries.
Thankfully they are not done here.
For whatever reason, God is allowing it to happen to them.
Perhaps that when the wrath comes, there will not be ;I don't deserve this. They will deserve it and they will get it.
I said perhaps.

Disagreement is not oppression.
In places where there is real oppression, like China, Sudan, and Afghanistan, all people who value their religious freedom should stand together for them.

I hear the Romans used to feed them to the lions. I want to go on record as being opposed to that.
