why is it more acceptable for a woman to be with a woman than for a man to be with a man?

its more acceptable because a woman with another women its more attractive than a man with another man, and im not just sayin that because im a guy but then again maybe i am, there was this article where 2000 people took a survey and it was half men half women. The men were asked if they would like to see 2 women together 98.3% said yes, and then women were asked if they wanted to see 2 guys together 15.2% said yes,

Heh, that's easy once you think about it. Who controls our society? Men. Usually Christian, white and straight men too. Lots of straight guys enjoy seeing or thinking about two girls together. But most guys, even if they support rights for gay males, are grossed out by the thought of two guys together. Their values are imposed on the rest of society cause they're the leaders.


And even among women, I don't know that many of them like to think about guys having sex with each other. I think the reason for that is difference in physical power. A man is always in control in a sexual situation because he is stronger and well, from a physical perspective, the guy can rape the woman but the woman can't really rape the guy. So men like it when women hit on them, but for a female, sometimes it can be scary. The thought of two guys going at it... nope, just isn't sexy.

I'm not sure that's the case, but I could offer a reason: when men see lesbians, they're attracted to that sort of thing and it turns them on. It doesn't work the other way around. Women don't find it attractive when they see two men together. So basically it's for the same reason that mostly men watch porn. Men are just more perverted.

All of this has been going on for ages, it's just that now society has made it the norm. People still tend to frown upon homosexual males. It's all just a sign of the times that we live in.

I don't know. I think because men find women having sex and kissing is erotic.. As opposed to two men together, some guys just find that gross.

In my experience neither situation is seen as acceptable. Normal society doesnt like to see anything but the traditional heterosexual couple. You have to decide if you would wrather be with your partner or try to please everyone else. The latter is impossible to do ;so why try?

Because women are more closer to their friends such as going to the bathroom together hugging ect. and guys are not plus guys love the image of 2 girls.

if u ask the people who are in love .. whether mw, mm, ww .. they dont care about being accepted .. love doesnt care about race, color, size etc. .. it happens when it happens and then u realize that u cant live wout it .. people are always going to talk about things and that doesnt bother me .. its my life and my choice ..
