You should be more specific...

Amerika may be:

Titled works

* Amerika (Kafka novel)
* "Amerika" (Rammstein song)
* Amerika (TV miniseries), in North America
* Amerika (Berg novel), by Sibylle Berg
* Amerika (BAP album)
* Amerika (TV-2 album)
* Amerika (comics), daily strip
* SS Celtic (1872), later the White Star liner Amerika

Geographic names

* Amerika, alternative political spelling applied to the United States
* Amerika, Saxony, town in Germany
* Amerika, Drenthe in Netherlands

So which is it?

The tv series was popular. AmeriKa is a name of a little known tv series. It's also the name of a few novels and slbums. Plus it's the name of a town in the Netherlands and in Germany. If you would have said America, I would have had a different word.

The people in it.

I've got no problem with the constitution, I have no problem with capitalism (when the law is designed so that companies have incentives to support the best interests of society), and I have no problem with religious freedom.

And yet, people still screw up (don't worry, self included).

You have freedom of speech only as long as the speech is not critical of the system. Then you may be audited by the IRS, have your phone tapped, or find yourself out of a job.

Its America. .... not your bastardization of its spelling...
The thing I disagree with most about America is its too lenient policies on illegal immigration and the criminals that come into America without proper documentation.
