Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.

But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.

So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. Remember the above (not on site) and see site below to re-learn how to eat so you can be thin and fit for life.

People always talk generally and never tell you EXACTLY WHAT TO DO!

Ok... here's the key to losing weight.
1. Take Hoodia Gordonii and an ephedra free fat burner in the AM. Wash it down with a slim fast shake
2. eat 200 cal. between Breakfast and Lunch (Power bar will do it)
3. Take ephedra free fat burner for lunch wash it down with a slim fast shake.
4. eat 200 cal. between Lunch and dinner
5. Take Hoodia Gordonii and Seroslim (or another good Seratonin regulator) with Dinner (eat a sensible small dinner.)
6. 200 Cal snack between dinner and bed

The Seroslim is to get rid of the night cravings
Hoodia is to keep from overeating
1600 Caleries for female and 2000 for male is Min
you can skip a step if you feel like you want to, but you can't add it on at any other time.

Make sure to walk or run 3 times per week for 20-30 minutes
You will lose 3 lbs+ per week

Yes and no. It depends on WHAT food you take rather than how much you take. Just imagine same amount of calorie from junk food and from natural food. Another reason is that your body will adjust itself. If it is that simple, there won't be a weight problem for so many people. Eat healthy not less. About sex drive, because you do not eat enough, just don't have enough energy.

Depending on how much you're eating now, you want to decrease the amout you eat by 10% every couple of weeks. DO NOT consume less than 1400 calories a day without a doctor's DIRECT supervision. Otherwise, your body will go into starvation mode and you'll actually gain weight.

Eating less than 900-100 Cal. is not recommended.

And yes. Starving yourself causes more than a diminished sex drive. Sickness, etc.

Low cal diets work, you have to increase activity to make them work better.
For a guy , 1500 cals a day is low. Don't know about a girl.

Instead of low calorie (intake) diet...increase physical activities (calorie burning) such as walking.
