A virgin is a person that has not had sexual intercourse. You can still be a virgin even tho there is no hymen, depending on the cause, a fall off of a horse, or other accident can break the hymen, a medical treatment can break the hymen, using to large a tampon can break a hymen. You are still technically a virgin you just do not have a hymen.

You are not a virgin anymore once your hymen is broken caused by sexual intercourse...enough said dear.
