i suffer with sinsus problems

drink plenty of water, get a good nights rest. do you take daily vitamins? if not try it...you could be feeling better within a couple of days. how are you eating? eating heathy can do the trick too...dont drink too much soda and eat too much chips and sweets...try it out...if it doesnt help contact your doc to see waht you can do...good luck! and hope ya feel better

Drinking water is a good idea. This will thin nasal secretions. Also, use saline nasal spray in each nostril then blow to clean. If you can tolerate decongestants, this could help, and lastly ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, etc.) will take down any inflammation. The light headedness is from the pressure or inflammation in your ears from your sinuses.

hey dear for sinus, you should be taking ALoe vera juice regularly and avoid all junk food, eat something cooked at home only and avoid, yogurts and other cream things too. As they deposit lot of mucous in your sinus track, Try using Anu oil.....put that in both nostril every morning and also take Chitrakharitki avleh regularly for 3 months and then see the difference. You may not be taking in enough sugar and carbohydrates. The body needs glucose for many functions, first and foremost brain activity. Your light headedness may be due to this. If you are taking in carbs and whatnot, then you may have a restricted blood flow to your brain. A doctor consultation may be in order.

i know it sounds wierd, but drink some water and smell a green apple while you lay down with a cold rag on ur forehead and neck. this should stop it and keep it away. smelling a green apple should keep it away for just a while.
