Like, if you're trying to check out a guy or if he comes up to you and starts talking-- what are the things that are turn-ons for you or things that make the guy more attractive to you?

First of all, if you are a complete stranger, or otherwise, you better not try to start sweet-talking me. I hate it when guys start off with all this "hey baby" sh**. Be real.
What I really like is when a guy has the confidence to just approach and introduce himself like a regular person. You know, a simple, "Hey, how's it going, I'm ______." Strike up a real conversation! You would be surprised at how far that can get you.
Keys to success: Don't be an a**. Don't act cocky (there is a difference between cocky and confidence). Say something with substance, compliments are nice, but they only get you so far. Be interested in who she is and what she says and thinks - don't just be thinking about her body/sex the whole time.
Above all, be true to yourself. You'll meet the girl for you eventually.

#1 - A great smile and a sense of humor. Those things are VERY important. #2 - Looks. It would definitely help if I was attracted to him. I can't describe what I find physically attractive because I don't believe in categorizing guys like that. But the sense of humor is the most important - and the most attractive. That, and honesty.

the only thing guys in bars are good for are to buy you drinks...
1. If he drinks draft beer, hes a cheap A$$.
2. If he knows too many people in the establishment, either A. he has slept with every chick in that bar or B. Hes just a friggin' drunk.
3. I myself however look for a guy drinking bottled beer, if its Imported such as Corona, he is a manwhore, if its Bud, he is cheap (even if its in a bottle), but if hes drinking something like Heinekin, its okay why? I have no clue, but it shows he has good taste in beer.
4. If a dude is drinking mixed drinks, especially pink ones, you know hes flamin'! Wine, in a bar?? He thinks he is a classy man, but isn't, now if its in a restaurant different story. Now if a man is drinking wine in a bar & he brought a woman in with him, he is cheating on his wife with the woman he brought in....
5. Guy doing shots, hes either getting married the next day or needs to grow up. Now if its 1 or 2 maybe 3 he probably never gets out often & thats allright.

A look at a man's shoes tells a lot, if the shoes are right in terms of style, cleanliness etc. you may be worth a shot if you're also confident, well-groomed, have an interesting personality, are intelligent and having a good job definitely is a plus.

Well the main thing was, if he came up to talk to ome. if he paid attention to me, and did not keep looking around for someone else, as we were talking,
And if he were a gentleman, and ask important questions, maybe ask me to dance, maybe offered to buy me a drink,
and then if he said, "well i like what i see so far" how about you.. and then ask for phone numeber or ask can i call you for a date some time
PS.. if you really want to get her attention,, you could say, : HOW DOES IT FEEL TO BE THE SEXIEST, OR PRETTIEST, OR MOST INTERESTING WOMAN IN THIS PLACE,, you do not have to over do it.. just pick a good compliment but mean it,

They say smell is the most remembered and reveared sence in drunken dating.
Picking up drunk chicks at the bar isn't hard dude, you shouldn't be asking for advice on this. Just tell them that you think they are pretty and that you want to love them forever. They are drunk so they will belive you.
Now if your looking for a girl with respect for herself THAT my friend takes time and talent.

first off for me i check out the guys that can dance regardless how they look im attracted to them, but if approached he cant come to strong no hey baby thats not hot a guy with flip flops and a tattoo with eyes that shine even in the dark a sexy smile thats hot someone who comes up and talk to me like he wants to get to know me not like he wants to screw me

turn offs- sweaty armpits, bad breath mixed with beer, invading my space and not taking no for an answer
turn ons- nice looking guy with muscles not afraid to dance and can actually dance but not look gay doing so..nice smile and can still be a gentlemen even when his friends are lookin

Appearance is very important. Well groomed and smelling good. Mannerism and conversation topics matter as well. NO RED SHOES OR PANTS !!!!!!!!!! THAT REALLY TURNS ME OFF. Might seem crazy ( the red thing) but you ask.
