Are your parents abusive to you? Do they beat you or curse you during your waking hours? Does your daddy sexually abuse you? Does your mommy do things she should nnot be doing? If this is happening then call the cops. I have a feeling that you just do not want to live with the rules of the house. You want to do what you want to do because you are 15 and think you know what life is all about. Get a grip on life litle girl and learn to live with the rules.

WOW, things must really be bad at your home to make you want to leave it. Why not try to mend the relationship with your own parents? You guys should try counseling to make your relationship better.
If you have tried everything and your parents have given up, talk to your friends parents first before you try to make them your legal parents because they would have to go to court to obtain parental rights in order to adopt you. It can get pretty detailed and your parents would have to give up their rights as your parent. So it may be worth trying to fix your relationship with your own parents first.

Find a lawyer, go to court.
But in the meantime, you are still under your parent's guardianship. That makes them responsible for ANYTHING you do. IF you leave they can call the authorities & have you taken to juvenile. Better think long & hard before you act.

Your parents would have to agree to relinquish their parental rights (or the state would havet to revoke their rights) and then the friend would have to go through an extensive adoption process.

dont. as much as you think you hate your parents or whoever is your legal guardian now, you will regret it when you are older. (unless there is other issues, like drugs, alcohol, or abuse). If you really really want to, go to court. get a lawyer. do whatever is best!
