Cleaning your dogs eyes: In the case of small dogs or those that are white, it is very important to keep a close eye on their eyes. These dogs tend to have the bottom area of their eyes wet and a lot of times a reddish stain forms. The humidity causes this to happen. The best way to prevent this problem is to regularly clean the dog's eyes. There are products that can be used to cover the stains around a dog's eyes but you should always make sure to wash that area with the appropriate type of products that you can get from a vet, or walmart..or anyother place
goodluck,
hope i helped!!

There is a product called brite eyes. I use it on my show dog to clean up the stains under her eyes. You could also try baking soda although you don't want to get any of that in their eyes

If it's discolored hair and you can't shampoo it out, leave it alone. He may have runny eyes that discolor the fur.
If there is any solidity there, you need to wash it and pick out the crust. It is very uncomfortable for a dog to have crust under his eyes. My Maltese gets that a lot and is so happy when I bathe him and get it out for him. The fur does remain slightly discolored even when the crust is removed.

My dogs get those too. You can go to the vet and they will give you a cleaning thing, that makes them go away.....
