do push ups or something or put heavy stuff in a bag and lift that up like a bicep curl

depends on what you want to work out.

push ups are the best for your chest and shoulders

sit ups work your upper, middle, and lower abs.

to do curls for your arms, anything will work that you can lift, just don't go to heavy and pull something, eventually working your way up weights, you can start off with like an one gallon milk jug filled with water, then work your way up to like a vacuum or something.

for your legs you can simply do lunges or climb stairs.

Anything from the grocery store in a tin (can). A rock, a brick, a piece of metal/iron, almost anything that weighs some and you can lift repeatedly.

GET LIKE A STICK, A HARD ONE. PREFERABLY THOSE MOP STICK THAT YOU CAN TWIST OUT FROM THE MOP OR ANY WOOD STICK CAN DO.

FILL TWO LAUNDRY BUCKET OR A PAINT TIN WITH SAND, WATER, ETC.

PUT THOSE BUCKETS AND/OR TIN AT THE END OF THE STICK AND TRY DOING SQUATS WITH IT.

NOT ONLY WILL IT HELP YOUR LEGS BUT YOUR MUSCLES AS WELL.

It depends on how much you want to lift... Water bottles. soup cans, small children...

You could also get a resistance band if you're looking for tone instead of bulk.

Bags of flour, soup cans etc... or go by 10lb weights for just a few bucks.

Get an empty milk gallon and fill it with water. Or an empty juice carton & fill that with water. For pushups get an old backpack & fill it with old books/ newspapers, whatever and do pushups with that on your back.

Water bottles. Or just go to Wal-Mart for some, they're really cheap like $1.50 each.

Water bottles work great because you can add or remove liquid or sand as needed.

Jugs of milk. the TV. Chairs. Dogs if you have them. I do two sets of ten squats with my 60 pound dogs and I have thighs of steel. :)
